If you are unhappy with your purchase please complete and submit the Concern Resolution Request form below within 15 days of shipment. We will make every attempt to resolve the matter to your reasonable expectation.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. RA#'s will be issued only after both parties have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue. It is our intention that EVERY CustomMoonlight customer be a HAPPY one!
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
